RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At PABLO RAEZ, your satisfaction is our priority. We have a transparent policy to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Return Period You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2. Eligibility & Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be New.

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at help@pabloraez.co with your order number.

4. Shipping Costs & Labels

  • Defective or Changed Mind: Returns are completely Free. We will provide a downloadable prepaid shipping label. You do not pay for return shipping.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2 business days of receipt), we will notify you and process your refund.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

6. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a separate order for the new item.
